The Technology Transfer Cycle: Linking Societal Needs and Innovation

The present volume contains papers of the International Conference on technology transfer titled “The technology Transfer Cycle” held on 13th April, 2018 in the University of Urbino and organized by the Third Mission Office.

The principal aim of the conference was to provide the basis for a better understanding of the concept of technology transfer cycle with particular attention in the biomed and biotech reasearch fields to the involvement of companies, rare genetic desease and oncologic patients and the market.
