Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another press for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in the Microsoft Word, RTF, or OpenDocument file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Press.

Raccomandazioni generali

Le presenti norme valgono come criteri generali per tutte le pubblicazioni della collana Ponti per l'inclusione di Urbino University Press. 

Si invita a seguire scrupolosamente le norme redazionali. In ogni caso è bene attenersi alla massima uniformità riguardo all’uso di stili citazionali, corsivi, maiuscole, abbreviazioni ecc. 

Nel caso vengano utilizzate immagini (illustrazioni, fotografie ecc.), verificare che abbiano una risoluzione di almeno 300 dpi e che la loro riproduzione sia libera oppure autorizzata da chi ne possiede i diritti (fotografi, musei, archivi ecc.). L'autore dovrà richiedere le autorizzazioni e conservarle per successive verifiche.

Eventuali proposte di autori non afferenti all'Università degli Studi di Urbino devono pervenire assieme alla presentazione di un docente dell'Ateneo.
